Our bodies speak to us when we don't take heed of what it is we really need. Our muscles get tight when we're stressed, and accompanying inflammation can often to lead aches and pains. When we don't address stress or other powerful emotions this too can lead to physical manifestation in the body. Yoga helps us to align our mind, body and spirit.
